What we are sharing here is the current state of the property at 329 E Wister. Forgotten and beaten down over the years, our plan is to restore it to it’s previous glory, while simultaneously providing a new and permanent home for girls in need.
As mentioned previously, the majority of the woodwork will be repaired/replaced, stone repointed and cleaned, and all openings replaced or restored. While this project aims to pay tribute to its history, our primary goal is to provide this home within our somewhat limited budget. These windows will save us over $20,000 and be delivered within 6 weeks.
This is the current render of possible color pallet and the bronze window package. The vinyl are Jeld-Wen’s highest quality, and will be a standard 12/1 external 3D grid system.
